FAQ
What will I draw?
Do you do edits if I want something changed?
If something needs edited due to an error on my part, I will edit it for free. But I will not do major edits due to error on your part. At the sketch stage, I will do two edits that don't require a pose change. I likely won't do any changes at the ink stage since any problems should've been discussed at the sketch. I will do minor color changes at the final stage. This also accounts for the background.
This makes the commission process smoother and quicker.
The limits to what I am comfortable drawing varies. Overall, basic and mild NSFW and gore/blood are things I will draw. If you have something in mind, feel free to ask me.
What form of payment do you accept?
You must pay through PayPal. I will send an invoice, and that is how you'll pay. You MUST convert your currency to USD. That means if you're in Canada, you cannot send me $20 CAD, you MUST send me $20 USD.
What if I need a commission immediately?
How long does it take you to complete a commission?
Will you make me more than one version of a piece?
I will do no more than three minor versions of a piece. Color changes, accessories and minor changes are acceptable. I will not change a pose unless a small fee is paid for.
Do you allow payment plans?
I try to be very reasonable in keeping you updated about your art, and doing it as soon as I can. I also do my commissions in the order I receive them. If you need a commission immediately, then I will likely charge a rush fee of $5 per piece in front of yours. I really only do this in certain circumstances, and don't allow it every time, because I want to be fair to other commissioners. BUT, discuss it with me and we'll see what I can do.
Currently, wait times are up to two months, but I usually finish a piece quicker.
If you need a piece quicker, please discuss with me so I can know ahead of time. Otherwise, this is the general time frame. I'm perfectly fine with you checking in to see how things are going, but if you haven't specified before I start the commission that you need it done ASAP, then don't rush me, please.
If you do rush me under these circumstances, I will likely just refund your money and cancel the commission.
I will accept payment plants, but for no less than 20% of a commission at a time, and I won't for commissions under $45. I also charge a 10% fee that will be added onto the cost of the commission, and will be factored into payments made. Commission will be updated in increments relating to how much is paid, and you will only receive the final piece once final payment has been made.
I apologize for the guidelines here, but this helps keep things organized and avoid a large amount of fees.
What other ways can I use your work?
You may use my art in any way that is not selling it, or claiming it is yours.
You may use it for an icon, RP, and so on.
Please not this only applies to art you've commissioned.
Can I respost your work?
As of right now, yes. Please let me post the piece first, and then link to my piece and the profile piece. The one you post must have my watermark and username in the title.
You are NOT paying for a copyright to my piece. If you want that, contact me and we can discuss it.

How will you use the work I commission?
What if the commission is a complicated deisgn?
I may repost my work into any gallery I see fit. I will not make money of your characters, however, but I will use my art for advertising purposes if I wish. You will always be credited for being the commissioner of a piece unless you want to remain anonymous.
I need a refund. Can I get one?
I typically don't offer refunds. If you decide you want a refund, you will be given one equal to the amount of work I have completed.
This is only for adverse events. Absolutely no refunds with a finished piece.
Any attempt to charge back will result in a blacklist and I will make sure others know not to work with you. I will also heavily fight the charge back, as I save ALL messages and clearly state commission intentions in the invoice note.
If you are not satisfied with a piece in the end, talk to me. I'll see what I can do.
Will you give me progress examples of my commission?
I always show the sketch, and give two edits on the sketch. After that, I usually just work straight to ink, flats, shading, background, etc. You are free to have updates at any stage (except for trust-me commissions or pay-what-you-want), though, but if you do not ask, I will not give updates past the sketch stage usually.
Just let me know if you'd like updates at every stage, but PLEASE understand that I will not make edits at every stage. See the FAQ question regarding edits/updates.
What if I don't want the work to be posted, or it's too graphic to be posted?
If I cannot post art to DeviantArt, whether it be because of EXPLICIT NSFW content, or you want a PRIVATE commission, the entire commission price is doubled - YES, DOUBLED - because I lose a heavy amount of potential business from it. This does not mean all NSFW cannot be posted, but explicit sexual content or violent content is included here.
How do you determine how you price your work?
I charge what I feel my art and time and skill are worth, in short!
Disclosure of working with me.
I have the absolute right to post a commission - unless otherwise stated and the difference is paid for - anywhere I so choose. I have the right to refuse a commission or refund at any time. You acknowledge you must pay in USD only, through PayPal, and no refunds will be given after a work is completed. You agree to not repost an unwatermarked version of the art or you will be reported for art theft, and that to respost the work to your own gallery, you must pay me 25% of the original commission price, AND link back to the original piece that I post first. You acknowledge I may take a month or more to finish your commission. I have the right to use the commission in any way I see fit, though you will be credited. You acknowledge my terms and FAQ by agreeing to commission me.
I have the right to refuse any commission I don't feel comfortable doing. I have the right to refund a commission before I start if something happens and I can't finish it.
f a design is overly complicated, then I will require an extra 15-25% of the original commission price. Since I'm the artist, I will use my discretion to consider what is 'complicated'.

When will you work on my commission?
I will simply work on it as soon as I can, when I have time. I do have a real job and am a college student, so free time is sparse but I do my best.
I work on the commission in the order I receive them usually.
The wait time is up to 2 months for commissions but is generally sooner.
I have a question not covered here.
